RAHHHH HI! I'm so thankful for all the love I got on my Spencer Reid x reader post, it means a lot to me. I lowkey lost all my motivation for writing tbh due to moving and getting ready for college but I'm back! Kei is the loml so I decided to pay him homage. Enjoy!

Content: Kei Tsukishima x F!Reader, Kei Tsukishima is bad at feelings, no use of Y/N cause we are a sophisticated people, the reader is really bad at math (I'm projecting), Fluff, maybe angst but mostly cause Tsukki is kinda emotionally stunted

Holy fuck.

That’s about the only thing Kei can think when he hears his friend talk. He’s never been one to care much for girls. They’re needy and annoying and he hates having to give himself to someone who will just hurt him. Of course, in Kei’s mind being hurt is a certainty. Akiteru showed him that when the man lied to protect his stupid pride, Kei would never forget it. Pride, love, and passion are for idiots who just want to get hurt and Kei wants no part in it. But her? His heart is in his throat the minute he holds her attention.

“Are you fucking serious?” Kei moves his eyes over to the shorter girl, watching how her brow twitches and her lips frown. Suddenly, he can’t even focus on what she’s saying as he feels his blood pressure rise. Why does it keep doing that? She’s not annoying him, he’s not upset, so why does it feel like he might explode whenever she’s around him?

A sigh slipped from his lips. “What?” It was sharper than he meant it, but she always brushed his tone off in a way no one else could. Kei likes that, he likes that she isn’t sensitive to the point where he can just say things and she’ll know he didn’t mean any harm.

Her eyes shift to his and Kei feels his blood pressure spike again. “I’m failing.” She frowned, turning her computer to show him her grade. Kei blinks at it before sitting back. He surprises himself by the way his chest suddenly aches to offer help. It’s like he suddenly can’t fathom the idea of her having a hard time. It’s so painfully stupid that Kei wishes he could shut his feelings off like the vampires in that stupid show she watches.

A sigh left his lips as he looked at her. “What subject?” The way her face lights up makes him want to curl up into a ball at her feet and say anything to incite that response again and again. Kei hates it, it makes him feel stupid and weak but damn he loves it too. The head rush as he watches her whole face shift makes it feel like he might explode.

“Math.” She grunted dejectedly, her head falling onto Kei’s shoulder. Suddenly, Kei can feel every nerve ending in his arm.

“Of course,” he teased, “you’re shit at math.” The way she scowled at him made Kei want to lean in and kiss the expression off her pretty face… no it doesn’t. That would be a ridiculous and stupid idea. Kei sighed softly to interrupt the internal war. “I’ll help you.”

He watched, hating himself for the way her face lit up at the suggestion. “You would?” She looks so hopeful Kei can’t tell if he wants to throw up or pull her close. Which is also stupid, Kei doesn’t hug people. Even Tadashi doesn’t incite this want for physical proximity. Maybe if he didn’t have the emotional range of a teaspoon, he would be able to place this feeling. Maybe he could even ask her out, but instead, he helps her with her math because he’s trying. Kei is trying so hard.

I wrote: a good rival, artist, The Office and musical theatre obsessed, messy hair, squishy, cute, likes what I like, needs my reminders to sleep, someone I’ve known for a long time, etc— super obvious, according to my friend…

The department you are in at the hospital been extremely short stuffed due to illness, doesn't help there has been huge influx of patients that evening. Must be full moon, you thought.

"Alright people. I am off. Good luck for the rest of the night!" " Bye Mini! Hurry up and go home while you can... Otherwise you will be stuck again." Your fellow nurse trying to shoo you off. " Okay Okay, I am going. see you next week!" " Happy Valentines!" Giving them the final wave, you left the building towards the car park. The house was dark, saves for little of glow coming from the living room when you got home. Closing the front door softly and tip-toeing towards the source of light, not wanting to wake the children up, you saw Simon sitting under the lamp, reading some historical war novel. Simon lift his eye up from the book as soon as he heard you walking into the room. Dropping your bag by the door you shuffle towards him with tired feet and bend down to kiss his forehead. " Hello love. Welcome home." " I am sorry I couldn't make it home for dinner.." Shaking his head, "Don't worry about it." Pulling you into his lap and gave you another kiss on the lip, " Had any food yet?" " I’m so puggled, Didn't have time to run to the lavvy... was burstin’ fura pee! Until Sarah came I couldn't leave the patient.." He loves it when you are tired or hyped up your Scottish accent just starts to slip out. He chuckled. Satisfied after inhaling down the delicious shepherd's pie you wouldn't admit to your Ma later it might be better than her's, both of you relaxing on the couch, with you curling up in Simon's lap, sipping on the tea he has prepared. "Thank you for looking after the children today, you only just got back from the mission yourself.. " " Stop apologising. I told you it's fine. Beside, the kids had fun with their cousin." " Johnny and Emma came around?" " yes." " Would have thought they will go out to dinner themselves." Simon shrugged. " Anyways, Soa.. Johnny helped me with the pie."

" No wonder it taste just like Ma's.. a bit better actually." " Don't let your mum hear that." he chuckled. You yawned. " Alright sleepy head. time for bed." he lift you up into bridal carry, you snuggle your head into the crook of his neck. Finishing off the night bathroom routine, he tuck you into bed, turning the lights off, taking his shirt off he got under the cover with you.

You snuggle up to him immediately. Inhaling his earthy scent, with hint of gunpowder lingering. You feel safe in his arm. Moving around a bit he slide one arm under your waist, pulling you closer. HIs other hand sliding onto your lower abdomen, caressing your C-section scars. Remember back to the conversation when he first saw the scar and the stretch marks around it. "... no.... Don't touch it. " " Why not?" " I feel.. it looks.... ugly." He bend down a kiss the scar, and look back up at you. Picking up one of your hand, he lead you to trace all the scars on his body. " All these scars, doesn't even equal to this scar you have here." Touching your scar again, " You nearly lost your life to give me two beautiful children." He took a deep breath as he lift hand, kissing it lightly. " I nearly lost you. The love of my life. " That's when you fell back in love with this man, again, or even more after.

" Good night Simon. " Good night my love."

Sans: He’ll want to set up decorations to scare kids. He sits on your guys’ porch like a decoration with a candy bowl on his lap and when kids come up to him he’s just like, ”sup”, and they scream and run. Overall, 10/10 night, y’all didn’t lose any of your candy.

Papyrus: He doesn’t like halloween that much for two reasons. One, he doesn’t like to be scared, he IS the Great Papyrus™ after all! Two, people always think he’s a halloween decoration! So, more than likely, he would just have a dinner date night inside with his S/O!

Underfell-

Red: Cheesy chick flick horror movie night in his room? Yes pls. Watching all the Scary Movie movies is his favorite thing during halloween. It cracks him tf up. He also gets little rubber spiders to try to fake prank you.

Edge: He doesn’t really want to do anything for halloween other than staying inside and watching horror movies. He enjoys it even more if you’re scared of it and seek comfort from him. Can’t tell if he likes seeing you scared or affection from you more though.

Underswap-

Blue: The one that will actually want to go trick or treating! Gets the cutest but most chaotic costumes for you two. He’s short, and some of his characteristics are similar to a kid’s! He’ll be nice enough to give you your favorites from his bucket too!

Stretch: Cheesy couples costumes. Think like Velma and Shaggy, Kermit and Miss Piggy, a lamp and a moth, etc. He eats that shit UP. Especially would love to watch stupid and cheap horror movies too.

Futuba: Wait. (Eyes Widened in Complete Disbelief at the Screen) THAT CAN ACTUALLY HAPPEN TO HIM!?

Ren: We've seen this man get stabbed, detonated, and knocked out many times than any of us can count. And none them ever resulted him into being little.

Lavenza: Perhaps it's the Green Shell's doing......(Place her Hand on her Chin and Starts Thinking) Hmmmmm.........

Futuba: (Turns to Lavenza) Anything on your mind, Lavvy-chan?

Lavenza: This might be hunch, but....How about we try devising a plan? Where we can try hitting Mario with a Green Shell ourselves.

Futuba: That way, we can see if he can turn into a small plumber or not. (Smiles Brightly and Excitedly) That's GENIUS!

Hello! There's such a beautiful delicacy that you've created in She Was Pretty. What was your writing process like for that fic? How did you get the idea? What's your favorite passage from it, if you feel like sharing?

Hello dear Starry! She Was Pretty came from a few places so I’ll try to list them here.  1. I was not particularly sympathetic or kind to Lavender in Iustitia & Prudentia which was my first fic. I think it fits, but I also wanted to imagine what she would look like to someone who loved her and give her a chance to have a happy ending.  2. She Was Pretty took its name from the 2015 K-drama. Again, plot-wise it doesn’t resemble the fic at all, but it’s partly about the main lead dealing with the idea that the person she was has not become the person she imagined she would. “She Was Pretty” is as much something people say to her as she says to herself. And I think it’s a very interesting process for someone to go through.  3. All my Drarry is set like, 5 - 10 years down the line. I have always been generally more interested in what happens to periphery characters right after the War because they are unlikely to be as caught up in the central workings. They are trying to live their lives in the aftermath. The writing process for SWP was pretty straightforward which is surprising for me! I wrote it start to finish in a few days and most of the edits were elaborating on certain passages with my betas’ guidance or tweaking words here or there. Usually I kind of let things languish for a while but this was two weeks and then out the door. My favourite passage is: 

Her mother offers her pity mostly, raw and cloying. But there is love there too. She clucks at her the second day Lavender is home after a month spent in hospital. “They didn’t braid your hair tight enough, Lavvy. Come here.” Mum sits Lavender at her vanity in the master bedroom, with its charmed lights and array of perfume oils. She spends time with detangling potions, fingertips and comb, brushing out the fairy knots that have formed at the crown of her head and the nape of her neck. Mum braids her hair, even though she has arthritis in her hands and has been sending her to Auntie Yasmin to have her hair done since she was eight. She seals the end of each braid with a charm.

I wanted to make sure that Lavender was surrounded by love as a Black woman and it wasn’t just a matter of romantic love. Her mother shows familial love the way my mother has shown me love: with time and acts of service, even when it pains her. I think sometimes love isn’t saying the right thing. It is doing what you can, when you can. Her mother cannot fix the world for her, nor can she change what happened. But she can rub her back and braid her hair.

Ok so Zadkiel was actually a character born in the game Faery Tale Online, which I’ve been playing for about four years now. It’s really shitty but I’m hooked lmao. He was based vaguely off of one of my other characters, who also happens to be blind (but that’s where the similarities end rofl). So his appearence in Dragon Age is a lot different than in FTO. So imagine his face now, and then change his skin tone to lavender, and his hair to dark blue and you have FTO Zad. He’s a classic example of why I hate writing moody characters. Another character called him Lavvy for like six years and he never thought to ask why he was called that, being blind since birth he didn’t realize his skin was purple. His brother proceeded to make fun of him for having such a girly nickname and he was glitched halfway across the entire fucking map and took like 12 in game years to get back home.

Bedic was originally a character made for the forum Tir Dearthair, which I’ve left behind…two years ago? If you’ve read LHM you’d see the small similarities where Bedic and Stefen start. In that forum, Bedic was a very broke bard who never actually wrote poetry but went around flirting with everyone until it backfired on him when a female character tried seducing him and he almost divebombed off a moving cart. He’s ridiculously funny, and usually says the first thing that comes to his head. No filter, and he’s very rarely serious and always likes to crack jokes. He hates sweets, because he grew up never having anything with sugar in it (cause it was hard to come by) and most alcohol. One time he said something stupid so he took a giant bite of cake, regretted it, and then took a giant swig of wine and almost choked. So much regret that evening. He’s extremely talented with languages, and loves music I swear he has an affair with his instruments. He also banged his mentor’s grand-nephew for like three years much to his dismay. Honestly he’s great, and I really need to finish writing out his DA verse and put him on a blog
